Hey Tiners... they are all beautiful, but honestly the only way to know what will look good on you is to go try a bunch on.

I never would have thought to look for the dress that I ended up buying, but a woman at the store suggested I try it on and voila, there it was. They all look great, but you really won't know until you try them on.

dude, why don't you go dress shopping already!? but don't worry, you can take your time about it. the women i hear who buy a dress within the first few wks of their engagements i think are a little cuckoo.

it's really hard to tell if i'll like them without seeing them up close - fabric, stitchwork, etc, those all matter a lot. but by first glance, i like the monique lhuillier b/c it's pretty but non-conventional. and the jcrew dresses look elegant and simple with nice lines but do you REALLY want to say your wedding dress is from jcrew? that just seems odd.

i prefer the edens dress......very elegant and classic...some of the others appear to casual, or frilly ..for the lack of a better word..
